Platform Return Policy
VALYRX products are made on demand through a print-on-demand fulfillment workflow. Because each product is produced for a specific order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind, unless required by applicable law or approved by VALYRX in writing.
For damaged, misprinted, defective, wrong, or lost orders, the customer must contact VALYRX within the time limits below so the issue can be reviewed under the applicable fulfillment platform policy.
Made-to-order products
VALYRX apparel and accessories are produced on demand after an order is placed. Please review product details, size information, color selection, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged, misprinted, defective, or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery at zon@valyrx.com. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible defect.
If the issue is approved, VALYRX will arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund. For issues confirmed as a production, fulfillment, or shipping error covered by our fulfillment partner, the approved remedy is covered at our expense unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Lost packages
For packages lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the carrier status and fulfillment records before approving a replacement or refund.
Wrong address or unclaimed shipment
If a shipment is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed, reshipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
Return instructions
Do not send products back without contacting VALYRX first. Return eligibility, return address, return shipping responsibility, and any required photos or documentation are provided case by case. Items sent without prior written instructions may not be accepted.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method when possible. Bank, card, PayPal, or payment provider processing times may vary by country, currency, and provider.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
