Fulfillment

VALYRX products are made on demand. Fulfillment usually takes 2-5 business days after an order is submitted, although timing can vary based on product availability, production volume, and fulfillment location.

Delivery estimates

Shipping time starts after fulfillment is complete. Domestic delivery in the United States and Canada is commonly estimated at 3-4 business days after fulfillment for standard shipping. International standard shipping is commonly estimated at 5-20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination, carrier, customs, and the selected shipping method.

International duties and taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges. Unless checkout states that duties and taxes are included, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information is provided when available. Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product type, fulfillment location, or inventory availability.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail and reshipping costs may apply.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and local delivery interruptions can affect delivery estimates. If your order is past the estimated delivery date, contact zon@valyrx.com with your order number.
