Confidentiality notice

VALYRX handles customer order information, support communications, business communications, and unreleased brand materials with care. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide support, protect the business, or comply with legal obligations.

Customer information

Customer personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Order and support details are not sold as confidential business materials.

Business communications

If you send VALYRX confidential business information, clearly mark it as confidential before disclosure. VALYRX may decline to receive confidential information unless a separate written agreement is in place.

No automatic NDA

This page is a confidentiality notice for store operations and does not replace a signed non-disclosure agreement. If a formal NDA is required for collaboration, licensing, wholesale, production, or partnership discussions, contact zon@valyrx.com before sharing sensitive materials.

Service providers

VALYRX may share necessary information with Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, professional advisors, and other service providers on a need-to-know basis.
